If at all possible please bring baby into class in their car seat or carrier rather than pram - it would be hugely appreciated!We politely ask that shoes are removed on the mats but please feel free to take along slippers or fluffy socks if you wish :)

If you arrive early please be aware that we may be still setting up after a previous class, please do not enter the session area earlier than 5 minutes before start time to allow for set up.

Our venues have facilities to purchase refreshments etc should you wish to, before and after class.
We also ask that no food or drinks be consumed in the session area; sippy cups and bottles/breastfeeding are, of course, welcome. This is important due to hygiene and allergy issues.
