We are in the studio at the back of the gym.

Please sanitise hands at station on entry and wear a mask until seated at your spot in class.

Please avoid bringing prams into the venue if possible.
We politely ask that shoes are removed on the mats

Please do not arrive before your class start time.
If you arrive early you will not be able to access the class area to allow for cleaning.

We also ask that no food or drinks be consumed in the session area; sippy cups and bottles/breastfeeding are, of course, welcome. This is important due to hygiene and allergy issues.
